In the other hand she is holding a shofar (ram's horn, trumpet) one of her choice weapons in battle.  She is strong, she is victorious and triumphant, she is Hephzibah: God delights in her, she is protected and guarded by God. "Her victory emerges resplendent, Her triumph a flaming torch Is 62:1" is written in a ruby red color over a grey background.
